Once this button is pressed the lip will pop open and it can be flipped straight up to reveal the ports.

Make sure to use the port under the cover that has a silver metal outline.
(DO NOT use the HDMI port that is under the computer monitor.

This adaptor can be picked up from the front desk at reception. It MUST be returned when you are finished.

When you remove the adaptor you must press the side before pulling it out.

The HDMI cable that comes with the TV cart must be plugged into this adaptor and the adaptor must be plugged                into the metal outline port under the computer cover.

Check the screen to make sure the channel is correct. If nothing comes up you can click the “input” button on the
TV to change the channel to HDMI 1, 2, or 3.

Note: When you connect TV to your Desktop computer, the default display style will be set to Extend.

(This means that when you open a window or file it will only show on the computer screen unless you click and
drag it over to the TV screen.

Reminder:

1)      If a UBS stick is left in the computer, please remove it and then restart your computer.

2)      When finished using the computer for the evening LOG OFF (Do not SHUTDOWN as it may force windows
to update and cause problems in the morning.)
