Step 1a: You can join the remote support session by clicking the link provided by the technician on the helpdesk ticket
Step 1b: Also you can join the remote support session by entering join.zoho.com on your browser(ex. Google Chrome) and then enter the session ID provided by the technician
Step 2: Click download and then click Yes on the pop up window "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?"
Step 3: Click Join on the join session window, to permit the technician to control your computer
Step 4: After joining the remote support session, you can chat with the technician by clicking the chat icon under Zoho Assist toolbar
Step 5: If you want to close the remote support session, you can click on the close icon on the Zoho Assist toolbar and then click Ok
