Following are the instructions to grant STEPS access to the staff:

1. Log into the steps website https://steps.oacc.on.ca/

2. Click on Support 

3. Enter your request, with your institution name (ILAC)  and name of the staff, who requires the access to STEPS

4. The Support person will contact us through email requesting further information from the users. Later, the support person will provide us with the username and password of the required staff.

5. You can ask the staff to log in with a username and password
