Locate the Desk Phone Serial Number

On the back of your Desk Phone, you will be able to find a sticker containing the MAC (Media Access Control Address) and S/N (Serial Number).
Please, provide the IT team with the asset barcode respecting the 0 (zeros) at the beginning of the SN and MAC.
For example: MAC address 00085D2D72C9; S/N 0D10520611.

- Cisco (share S/N and MAC ID)
