Asset Renew Default Message (ILAC Admin - Due Date For Assets)

The following email message regarding ILAC Admin - Due Date For Assets  is from our inventory system [email protected].

 

The purpose of the email is to collect the updated status of each mobile device (e.g. laptop, corporate phones, iPads) from users every 180 days.

 

System Message:

“Check Out Due Date is in 30 days.

 

This email is from ILAC IT Inventory System for asset verification purposes. If you have any questions please create a ticket at https://helpdesk.ilac.com/tickets/

From now on, please forward the notification to https://helpdesk.ilac.com/ with one of the following status in order for us to update the inventory properly and stop the notification until another 180 days.

 

Also, the notification is triggered 30 days before the asset check out due date. please copy the message to your ticket on https://helpdesk.ilac.com/ before the due date, otherwise, your device may get disabled from the system.

 

  1. Asset Renew in case you are still using it
  2. Asset Return in case you are no longer using the asset
  3. Asset Update in case any of the asset information has changed, such as location, asset #, serial #, among others.

 

 

Serial # Tag

You can identify the serial # by ILAC barcode tag (please find attached screenshot) on your device. If you don’t have the tag on your device, please submit the ticket to IT Helpdesk and our team member will print it and deliver it to you if you are in any of ILAC campuses.
