Set Up a Secondary Mailbox Profile for Mail Merge

STEPS:

1 – Go to Start > search for Control Panel > search for Mail > open Mail (Microsoft Outlook 2016).

     

2 – Open Show Profiles > select Prompt for a Profile to be used > select the Add… button > type the e-mail address > press OK.

      

     

3 – On Outlook Desktop App, select Manual Setup or Additional Server Type > Next > select Microsoft 365 (type the e-mail address) > Next > Finish.

      

      

4 – Confirm the set up by pressing OK

      

5 – Open the Outlook Desktop App as usual > select the profile you would like to merge e-mail > enter the e-mail credentials > wait to load the Outlook Profile.

      

     

Note: Usually it takes longer to load the Outlook for the first time. Especially, if the e-mail has more than 2 GB. To confirm if all the e-mail were downloaded, check the Outlook status on the bottom left for this message .
