If you are having issues with EDMISS automatically updates, please follow the steps below:
1. Turn off your computer, and turn it on after 1 minute.
2. Run EDMISS Application to trigger the EDMISS update.
3. Follow the EDMISS update wizard.
Just proceed to steps 4 and 5, if the previous ones were not effective.
4. Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program > uninstall EDMISS- ILAC
5. Go to ILAC Helpdesk desktop shortcut > Knowledge Base > EDMISS > Edmiss Installer Instructions version 11.0.
6. If you are still facing issues with EDMISS updates after performing steps 1 and 2, please open a ticket with ILAC IT Helpdesk for further assistance.
