How to use Scan to Email Option on the HP Printer

Step 1: Tap the printer card or click "Sign in”.

 

Step 2: Enter your ILAC username and password, then click "Log in."

 

 

Step 3: Choose the "Scan" option from the icons displayed and Select "Scan to Email" from the options.

 

 

Step 4: Enter your email address in the "To" field, add a subject and message if desired, and rename the filename if needed. Click "Send."

 

Step 5: Click "Confirm" to proceed.

 

Step 6: The email will be sent successfully to your inbox.
