Reminders:
- Please, save all your documents before starts EDMISS form updates process.
- Close your EDMISS session and all docs opened from it (Word, Excel, etc).
- If you are doing home office, please connect to ILAC VPN first and follow the processes described in this manual.
Win 10
Delete the EDMISS shortcut on your desktop.
Go to Start > search for This PC > open C: driver > delete BECAS folder.
To launch the Command Prompt, go to Start > search for CMD
On the CMD type the command line gpupdate /force (highlighted in the picture below)
NOTE: Sometimes it is required to run the same command 2 times to changes take effect. Each time you will be requested to restart your computer.
When the command finishes running, it will ask to restart or log off your computer (highlighted in the picture below).
Type Y to continue.
If the EBCAS folder does not reappear under your C: Drive folder after running the gpupdate /force command twice, please contact IT Support further assistance.
