Steps:

1 - Open the Google Chrome Browser > Customize and Control Google Chrome > Settings

2 - Scrow down the page until you see the Advanced option, and click on it.

3 - Find the Language section > click on the arrow down > select the language you would like to remove > click more actions > remove
