Zoom Meeting Outlook Add-In Installation

  1. Open Outlook and click Get Add-ins. Outlook will open a browser and open your Add-ins page

 

 

 

  1. Please enter “Zoom for Outlook” in the search field and select  

 

  1. Click Add

 

 

  1. You should able to see the following highlighted area on the tool bar. Go to Settings

 

 

  1. Go to Settings and Sign in by using your ILAC email address with your Zoom password credential.

 

 

  1. You can adjust your meeting option before creating meeting invitation

 

 

  1. Click Add a Zoom Meeting for setting up your meeting invitation.
