Installation

At first, we need to download and install the Zoom Meeting software, we will do so at https://zoom.us/download.

After clicking on ZoomInstaller.exe, Zoom will install itself and after that will offer you to Sign In, which you will do with ILAC credentials.

After Signing in, you can check your account whether you have the license for longer meetings or not, in case you do not have the license your meetings will end after 40 minutes (but you can rejoin them).

To Schedule, a meeting click on Schedule, the meeting settings window will open. 

• If you want your meeting to happen repeatedly select Recurring meeting and you can join/start the meeting whenever you want. Otherwise, select the start date and duration.
• You also have an option to require meeting password
• The last-mentioned option is a Calendar. If you own Microsoft license, you can use the Outlook option, if not click on Other Calendars and Zoom will generate a message which you can copy and send to meeting participants.
