Teams Chat & Call - How to start an individual chat in MS Team?

1. Open MS Teams App either on your Desktop, Mobile, or Browser (visit Join MS Teams for more details).
2. Navigate on the left menu group and select Chat Tab.
3. Click on the “New Chat” icon >search for a person within your organization > select the desired person > initiate the chat by texting the person.
