1. Open MS Teams App either on your Desktop, Mobile, or Browser (visit Join MS Teams for more details).

2. Navigate on the left menu group and select Chat Tab.

3. Click on the “New Chat” icon >search for a person within your organization > select the desired person > click on the “Type a new message”.

4. To initiate the call, click on the top right “phone” icon.
