1. Open MS Teams App either on your Desktop, Mobile, or Browser (visit Join MS Teams for more details).

2. Navigate on the left menu group and select Chat Tab.

3. Click on the “New Chat” icon >search for the people within your organization > select the desired people > click on the arrow down to edit the chat name > initiate the chat by clicking in “Type a new message”.

4. To confirm who is in the group just click on the “View add participants” icon.
