Pin
1. Select Chat to open the chat list > find the name of the conversation you want to pin > select “More options (…)” > “Pin”.
Mute
1. Select Chat to open the chat list > find the name of the conversation you want to mute > select “More options (…)” > “Mute”.
Hide, unhide
1. Select Chat to open the chat list > find the name of the conversation you want to hide > select “More options (…)” > “Hide”.
2. Select Chat to open the chat list > find the name of the conversation you want to unhide > select “More options (…)” > “Unhide”.
