Teams Feature - Screen sharing

1. Initiate a group or individual call. For more info, visit:

         a. How to start a group phone call in MS Teams?

         b. How to start an individual phone call in MS Teams?

 

2. On the call bar menu, select “Share content” or press the keys Ctrl +Shift +E.

      

3. Pick one of the “screen” or “window” to present in the meeting.

      

  1.  

                  a. Desktop: you can choose one of the desktops to present in the meeting.

                                   i. Screen #1

                                   ii. Screen #2

                  b. Window: you can choose one of the apps or open windows on your PC. As highlighted in green in the picture below:

  1.                           i. Outlook
  2.                           ii. Zoho Assist
  3.                           iii. Word
  4.                           iv. MS Teams

4. The screen or the windows selected will be the highlight in red, so you can identify what is being shared. See the example below where only the Word id highlighted.         

          

5. To stop presenting the screen or window, click on the “Stop sharing options” or press the keys Ctrl +Shift +E.
